Why I annotated…
A1. “First order thinking is intuitive and creative and does not strive for conscious direction or control.”

Reason: I annotated this because I do not fully agree with the author’s statement. I think that first order thinking involves a lot of control and self-conscious direction. However, it feels as if you are not in control. But, in actuality it is you fully.

Interview Analysis Conor McGregor spoke with Andrew McGahon in this interview. I think that Andrew attempted to ask questions to specifically draw out an emotional response from Conor McGregor. Coming into the interview I think that Andrew knew about the history of his next opponent. So, he was able to build specific questions for Conor that would more easily trigger an emotional response.
